基于LabVIEW的等离子木纤维净化器性能检测系统设计

         

摘要

The engine bench test of the plasma wood fiber purifier is a necessary measure for its performance testing. Based on the characteristics of the plasma wood fiber purifier and LabVIEW virtual instrument, a matching performance detection system is designed. The hardware part mainly includes gas concentration sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, signal adjusting module and data acquisition card. The software part mainly includes LabVIEW virtual instrument prepared by the data processing and interface display program. The experimental results show that the design is able to realize the real-time performance detection of the plasma fiber fiber purifier, and is able to meet the requirements of the data acquisition of the performance parameters in the engine exhaust gas detection process.%等离子木纤维净化器的发动机台架试验是对其性能检测的必要手段,基于等离子木纤维净化器的自身特性和LabVIEW虚拟仪器,设计相匹配的性能检测系统,其硬件部分主要包括气体浓度传感器、温度传感器、压力传感器、信号调理模块和数据采集卡,软件部分主要包括基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器编写的数据处理与界面显示程序.通过试验运行结果表明,该设计可以实现对等离子木纤维净化器实时性能检测,能够满足发动机尾气检测过程中性能参数数据获取的需求.
