不同宽叶蓝靛果种群遗传多样性的ISSR分析

             

摘要

In order to reveal the genetic diversity of wide-leaf lonicera turczaninowii resources in Xiaoxing'anling forest, genetic diversity of 46 species in three different altitudes was analyzed by ISSR-PCR. The results showed that the bands of wide-leaf lonicera detected by the ten selected primers were clear and stable. There are some differences in the populations of wide-leaf lonicera with different distribution. Among them, Dajinshan population and Huanghuashan population have closer relatives. The results showed that the gene flow was slightly worse among the groups, but the gene flow was active in the group. The reason for the situation is that the complex wide-leaf lonicera population has formed its own community stability due to the natural factors including soil, climate and other natural factors and the complexity of gene flow and heterozygosity in the high altitude areas.%为揭示宽叶蓝靛果忍冬种质资源在小兴安岭林区的遗传多样性,运用ISSR-PCR方法对小兴安岭林区三处不同海拔梯度种群共46个宽叶蓝靛果样本进行遗传性状分析.结果表明:①运用经过筛选的10个引物检测到的宽叶蓝靛果基因条带清晰,稳定性高.②不同分布宽叶蓝靛果种群存在一定差异.其中,大菁山种群和黄花山种群亲源关系较近.③宽叶蓝靛果组间基因流动性稍差,但组内基因流动性活跃,初步判断产生这一情况的原因是由于在高海拔地区包括土壤、气候等自然因子和种群内基因流动及杂合程度的复杂性,使宽叶蓝靛果种群形成了自身的群落稳定性.
