基于210份问卷调查数据,本文探讨了道德型领导与员工越轨行为的关系以及组织伦理氛围的中介作用和道德认同的调节作用。研究结果显示:道德型领导能够有效减少员工越轨行为;组织伦理氛围在道德型领导与员工越轨行为之间起到了部分中介作用;道德认同在道德型领导与员工越轨行为之间起到了调节作用。这给企业的具体管理实践也带来了一些启示。%Based on the survey sample data 210 employees, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of moral lead-ership on employee deviance, and analyzes the mediating and moderating effect of organizational ethical climate and moral identity. The results show that:moral leadership imposes negative influences on employee deviance, organizational ethical climate has mediating effect in the relationship between moral leadership and employee deviance. Moral identity imposes influence between moral leadership and employee deviance. It provides some real solutions to promote the enterprises.
