现代中国临床营养师培养历程

         

摘要

The clinical nutritional support therapy can reduces the patients' complications and mortality effectively,shortens length of stay,saves overall hospitialization expenses.Therefore it has drawn more and more attentions in the medical treatment.However the procedure of the clinical nutrition therapy in China is lack of corresponding norms and standards such as nutrition risk screening,nutrition assessment,nutrition products development and application,regulations restricting the development of clinical nutrition industry.Improving cognition on clinical nutrition,establishing a standardized clinical nutrition system,strengthening the training of professionals,and providing a platform to nutrition talents will make clinical nutrition subject,clinical nutrition support therapy,and clinical nutrition industry develop prosperiously.%临床营养支持治疗能够有效减少患者的并发症、死亡率,缩短住院时间,节省总体住院费用,在医疗过程中越来越受到重视.然而在我国临床营养支持治疗服务中,从营养风险筛查、营养评估、营养处置、营养产品的开发、应用等过程缺乏相应规范及标准,制约了临床营养行业的发展.提高对临床营养的认知,建立规范的临床营养体系,加强专业人才培养,提供营养人才发挥的舞台,能够使临床营养学科、临床营养支持治疗、临床营养产业得到蓬勃发展.
