生物床养猪垫料用作有机肥的安全性研究

摘要

This article investigated the main probiotic Bacillus subtilis and heavy metals in bedding of pig-on-litter.We detected the number of B.subtilis, content of trace elements and heavy metals in bedding after 18 and 24 months using and evaluated the quality of bedding as organic fertilizer.The results showed that it is rich of trace elements such as Fe, Mn, Mg and Zn in bedding and the bedding meets the secondary standard of organic fertilizer, the bedding of pig-on-litter is safe.%为了解规模化生物床养殖场垫料中主要有益微生物枯草芽孢杆菌及重金属残留安全性问题的影响,本研究测定了使用了18个月和使用了24个月后的养猪垫料中主要微生物枯草芽孢杆菌、微量元素含量及重金属残留等,并对其垫料进行了有机肥品质评价.结果表明:生物床养猪垫料中含有丰富的铁、锰、镁、锌等微量元素,结合全国有机肥料品质要素分级标准,综合评定生物床养猪垫料符合二级有机肥的标准,生物床养猪垫料安全达标.
