改进茶叶中游离氨基酸总量测定方法

摘要

At present national standards GB/T 8314-2002 was used to detect the amino acid total quantity in tea.In the experiment the linear relationship was throughout bad according to this method manufacture's specification curve, which caused the tea sample examination data repeatability not to be high, and obtained accurate result with difficulty.In this paper doubtful points in the method was analyzed and researched, and the shortcomings of national standard method was improved. The improved method enhanced the stability and repetitive of the results. The experimental results were showed that the RSD was smaller than to the standard deviation 0.63% and the returns-ratio was 98.0-104.9%.%目前茶叶中游离氨基酸总量测定方法采用国家标准GB/T 8314-2002,实验中发现,按此方法制作的标准曲线始终线性关系较差,导致茶叶样品检测数据重复性不高,难以得到准确的结果.本文就该方法中的疑点进行了分析、试验研究,并针对国标法存在的缺点进行了改进.改进后的方法提高了结果的稳定性、重复性.从实验结果可看到:本方法相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.63％,回收率为98.0～104.9％.
