陕西花椒和土壤中8种重金属元素含量测定及相关分析

         

摘要

采用ICP-MS法测定陕西10个地区花椒和土壤中Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Hg、Zn、Cu和Ni八种重金属含量并分析其相关性。结果表明,花椒中Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr元素含量之和占所测元素总量的92.08%,所含有毒元素中Cd、As、Hg含量远远小于香辛料限量标准的要求,但Pb的含量均值为1.45mg/kg,超过了1mg/kg香辛料限量标准。土壤所测元素中Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr元素含量所占比例为84.35%,所含有毒元素Pb、As、Hg含量均小于土壤环境标准中一级土壤的限量要求,Cd的含量小于二级土壤的限量要求。花椒-土壤中重金属元素含量呈正相关的是Cr和Ni。花椒-土壤中重金属元素含量呈负相关的是Zn、Cu、Cd、Hg和Pb。%Eight heavy metals of Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Hg、Zn、Cu and Ni of Chinese prickly ash and soil of ten different areas of Shaanxi Province were determined by ICP-MS, and correlation of heavy metal in Chinese prickly ash and soil was analyzed. The sum content of Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr in Chinese prickly ash was 92.08% of the total content of heavy metal which is determined. The content of Cd、As、Hg in Chinese prickly ash were far lower than the limit standard of pieces. But the average value of Pb was 1.45mg/kg, which is higher than 1mg/kg of the limit standard of pieces. The sum content of Zn、Cu、Ni、Cr in soil was 84.35% of the total content of heavy metal which is determined. The content of Pb、As、Hg were lower than the soil environmental standard of First Grade, The content of Cd was lower than the soil environmental standard of Second Grade. The heavy metals in Chinese prickly ash-soil show positive correlation were As、Cr and Ni. The heavy metals in Chinese prickly ash-soil show negative correlation were Zn、Cu、Cd、Hg and Pb.
