济南市2016年食用植物油风险监测结果与分析

         

摘要

目的 分析食用植物油风险指标,找出潜在风险诱因,及时预警并采取相应措施.方法 抽取2016年济南市各县市区部分食用植物油生产企业和小作坊生产的植物油样品共71批次,按照相应标准检测溶剂残留、脂肪酸组成、苯并芘、黄曲霉毒素B1、邻苯二甲酸酯类(塑化剂);并对近3年食用植物油中塑化剂进行风险监测.结果 获证企业产品的问题发现率远低于小作坊产品;根据近3年对塑化剂项目的跟踪监测结果,问题发现率逐年下降;市区小作坊产品的问题发现率低于区县产品.结论 小作坊要纳入监管,对其产品要规范流程、跟踪质量;塑化剂的风险防控,企业要落实主体责任,监管部门要落实监管责任.%Objective To analyze the risk indicators of edible vegetable oil and find out the potential risk incentive in order to pre-warn timely and take corresponding measures. Methods According to the corresponding standards, solvent residue, fatty acid composition, benzopyrene, aflatoxin B1, phthalate (plasticizer) were detected from 71 batches of vegetable oil samples selected from edible vegetable oil enterprises and small workshops in the urban and rural areas of Jinan City in 2016. The risk of plasticizer was monitored in edible vegetable oil in nearly 3 years. Results The problem discovery rate of the products from certified enterprises was much lower than that of the products from small workshops. According to the tracking and monitoring results of the plasticizer level in the past three years, the problem discovery rate decreased year by year. The problem discovery rate of the products from small workshops in urban area was lower than that of the small workshops in county district. Conclusion Small workshops shall be supervised in order to regulate the process and track the quality of the products. In the process of plasticizer risk prevention and control, the enterprises should assume primary responsibility and the regulatory authorities should assume regulatory responsibility.
