乙二醇与硫酸钠复合对粉煤灰火山灰活性影响的研究

         

摘要

The effect of ethylene glycol combined with sodium sulfate on the pozzolanic activity of fly ash in different stage were investigated The results show that the pozzolanic activity of fly ash at the early stage , the middle stage and the later stage can be improved in different extent by adding proper content of ethylene glycol combined with sodium suffate to cement. The exciting effect of ethylene glycol combined with sodium sulfate in the early stage is the best and that in the later stage is the worst. The compressive strength ratio at 3d , 7d and 28d of each cement sample can be improved obviously , but the increasing rate of those of each cement sample are reduced with the increasing of grinding time. Whether each cement sample is grinded or nor and how long grinding time is, the exciting effect of ethylene glyeol combined with sodium sulfate in different stage is better than that of ethylene glycol or sodium sulfate. When the content of 1% sodium sulfate and O. 03% ethylene glycol is admixed and grinding time is 15 minutes,the exciting effect of ethylene glycol combined with sodium sulfate on the pozzolanic activity of fly ash in different stag is the best.%探讨乙二醇与硫酸钠复合对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的影响.结果表明:将一定掺量的乙二醇与硫酸钠复合掺入可以不同程度地提高粉煤灰早期、中期与后期的火山灰活性,其中早期的激发作用效果最大,后期的激发作用效果最小.且随着粉磨时间的延长,各水泥试样的3d、7d及28d抗压强度比值均有明显的提高但增幅下降.无论是否粉磨及粉磨时间长短,将一定掺量的乙二醇与硫酸钠复合对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的激发作用效果均优于单掺乙二醇或硫酸钠;当硫酸钠掺量为1%,乙二醇掺量为0.03%进行复掺且粉磨时间15min时其对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的激发作用效果最大.
