对管桩离心成型产生的废浆进行了基本性能分析,研究了水泥、磨细砂含量比例关系,并经一定预处理后将其应用到泵送混凝土的生产配料中.研究表明:废浆主要组分的含量波动较大,但其比重与含固量之间线性关系良好;用废浆替代20%~ 30%水泥配制的混凝土强度不降反升,工作性能良好,甚至出现流动性增大的效果.据此可进行废浆回收再生产混凝土.%The bsaic property of waste centrifugal slurry of pipe of and eoncret the ratio of was analysed cement and silica flour was studied By certainly preprocessing the waste slurry, it can be applied tu the production of pump concrete. The results show that: the main components of centent the waste slurry varies irregulary , but the density has a better linear relation with its solid content. As substituting slurry 20%~30% the cement waste, the strength of concrete does not reduce but enhanc, the work performance, even, the pourability improved. So recycling the "waste" , can reproduce the coucrete.
