在文献《粉煤灰对木材防火涂料的影响》的基础上,通过进一步改变粉煤灰的添加量,对木材防火涂料的烟密度以及阻燃性能进行测定,来研究粉煤灰对木材防火涂料的阻燃抑烟性能的影响.结果表明,粉煤灰的量在特定比例时,能降低涂料燃烧后的最高温度和烟密度等级,耐火性能和烟密度等级不与粉煤灰的用量呈线性关系.阻燃效果好不一定抑烟效果也好,阻燃效果和抑烟效果没有直接联系.而粉煤灰含量为12.0g的涂料在试验条件下抑烟效果较佳、燃烧后最高温度最低.%Based on the hterature of the influence of fly ash on the wood fire-retardant coatings,by further changing the content of fly ash,measuring smoke density and flame retardant properties of fire retardant coatings,the influence of fly ash on the wood fire-retardant coatings for flame retardancy and smoke suppression was studied.The experiment shows that the content of fly ash in specific proportions,can reduce coating highest temperature after combustion and smoke density grade,and flame retardancy and smoke density grade is not a linear relationship with the amount of fly ash.Flame retardant effect is good but smoke suppression effects is not necessarily good,flame retardant and smoke suppression effects didn't have a direct link.Smoke suppression effects well and maximum temperature after combustion is the lowest for fly ash content of 12.0g coatings.
