蒸汽养护条件下水泥基材料的氯离子固化特性

         

摘要

An experiment was carried out to investigate the selected factors affecting external chloride binding of cement materials.The results show that the mineral admixture fly ash significantly reduces the binding ability of the cement based material on the steam curing condition,and the mineral admixture slag can significantly improve the cement base material to chloride ion binding ability,the increasing rate from high to low,respectively,slag,not to add any mineral cement paste,fly ash;And without the steam curing of cement paste,the increasing range from high to low,respectively,slag,fly ash,without any mineral cement paste;Through experiments,it is concluded that under the condition of the same mineral admixtures,the chloride ion binding of cementitous materials under steam curing is worse than that under the condition of greenhouse,and the capacity of the chloride ion binding is increased with the increase of the chloride ion concentration in the solution.%对不同蒸汽养护条件下的水泥基材料的氯离子固化能力进行了研究.结果表明,在蒸汽养护条件下矿物掺合料粉煤灰显著降低了水泥基材料对氯离子的固化能力,而矿物掺合料矿渣显著提高了水泥基材料对氯离子的固化能力,提高幅度从高到低分别为矿渣、不掺任何矿物的水泥净浆、粉煤灰;而在标准条件养护下,提高幅度从高到低分别为矿渣、粉煤灰、不掺任何矿物的水泥净浆;通过试验得出同种矿物掺料条件下,蒸汽养护不如标准养护条件下的水泥基材对氯离子固化能力强,且随着溶液中氯离子浓度的提高,氯离子固化能力也提高.
