The present work investigated the effect of roasting conditon on the leaching behavior of vanadium slag.The results indicated that,with the increasing of roasting temperature,the vanadium-iron spinel phase disappeared while sodium vanadate,sodium silicate and sodium chromate occurred.Meanwhile,the leaching of rate increased firstly and then decreased with increasing roasting temperature.The highest leaching rate of 91.0 % was obtained with the roasting temperature of 860 h.However,the leaching rate of Si,and P also increased with higher roasting temperature and prolonged roasting duration.According to this study,the reasonable roasting condition is at 840~860 h for 30~60 min.%针对钒渣提钒工艺进行研究,探讨焙烧制度对钒渣浸出行为的影响作用.结果表明:在本试验条件下,随着焙烧温度的升高,钒渣中钒铁尖晶石相逐渐消失,并出现了钒酸钠、硅酸钠和铬酸钠等物相;随着焙烧温度的升高,钒渣中钒的浸出率呈先增大后减小的趋势,当焙烧温度为860℃时,钒浸出率的最大值为91.0%;而随着焙烧温度的升高和时间的延长,钒渣中Si、P和Cr元素的浸出率逐渐增大;在本试验条件下,合理的焙烧制度为温度840~860℃,焙烧时间30~60 min.
