大型地下商业建筑防火分隔方案优化

摘要

The method of Fire Safety Value Engineering (FSVE) was introduced, and it was believed that the fire safety value e-1002quals the ratio of safety function and safety investment. Taking a large underground commercial building as an example, 6 fire insulation programs were analyzed and evaluated in points of safety evacuation time, efficiency of stopping the smoke, reliability of the insulation, and economic analysis, and FSVE was used to choose the best program. Results showed that FSVE can combine the function and cost of fire insulation programs, which can help with the optimizing of the program during the fire safety design.%以某大型地下商业建筑为例,从安全疏散时间、阻烟效率、分隔物可靠性和经济性分析等方面对其6种防火分隔方案进行分析评价,并应用消防价值工程法优选出最佳防火分隔方案.结果表明,采用消防价值工程法能将防火分隔方案的功能与工程成本相结合,有助于防火设计过程中设计方案的选择优化.
