深度救援用旋转式升降救生梯设计

摘要

设计了一种新型的用于深度救援的旋转式升降救生梯,可广泛用于船闸闸室、桥梁、港口、海上船舶等消防救援.分析船闸救援功能要求,概述旋转式升降救生梯初步设计方案,分析存在的不足并提出改进方案.从设备展开、救援输送、设备回收、链传动系统几方面详细介绍旋转式升降救生梯的工作原理.实验表明该救生梯的救援效率远高于传统救援模式.%A new kind of rotary lift rescue ladder for deep rescue was designed, which can be used at the ship lock chambers, bridges, ports and ships on the sea. The functional requirements of ship lock rescue were analyzed. The preliminary design plan of the ladder was outlined, and the disadvantages of the plan were analyzed, and improvement was made. In points of equipment unfolding, rescue and transfer, equipment folding and chain drive system, the working principle of the ladder was introduced in details. Experiments showed that the rescue efficiency of the ladder is far better than traditional rescue mode.
