通过对一起由于使用电热杯不当引发的商场火灾事故的调查,探讨了在现代技术条件下利用火灾自动报警系统的火警和运行记录以及监控系统录像作为证据,迅速确定火灾的起火部位、起火点、起火时间,重点围绕起火点进行火灾现场勘验,利用技术鉴定手段准确认定了火灾原因,并阐述了在现代备件下利用信息技术形成的证据调查认定火灾以及第一时间开展询问和固定证据的体会.%By a fire investigation on a shopping mall fire induced by misuse of electric cup, the application and advantage of automatic fire alarm system as operation record and surveillance video in identifying fire origin, time of fire occurrence were discussed, fire scene inquisition was made around fire origin, fire reason was identified by technical identification, and finally discussed the opinoin of application of information technology in fire investigation and inquiry and evidence collection at first .
