基于模拟计算的自动喷水灭火系统配水管径设置

             

摘要

Design of distribution network of a sprinkler system directly affects the effect of the system during fire time. Simulation of a case shows that directly decide diameier of branch pipes based on maximum number of sprinklers connected to pipes suggested by the code. or on another unitary standard,may cause defect of the system. Appropriate amplification on branch'pipes should be taken at downstream of the network based on calculation. Aecording to the case simulation. execution of the design ideas could eliminate local high-pressure in system. improve the uniformity of spraying, and enhance reliability and cffect of the system during fire time.%自动喷水灭火系统配水管网的设计直接影响系统的灭火效果.对算例的工况模拟表明,直接按照规范条文规定的配水管控制喷头的最多个数或按照单一的标准确定管径有可能造成系统设计缺陷;设计时应结合计算,将配水管网下游管径适当放大.调整管径后进行工况模拟,结果表明,这种设计思路可以避免自动喷水灭火系统局部高压、改善系统的喷水均匀性,可提高系统的可靠性和在火灾时的作用效果.
