聚合物燃烧热值计算方法与实验验证

             

摘要

The approximately heat release calculation method based on the oxygen consuming theory is introduced, with the example of normal polymer, the heat of combustjon was calculated by calculation method and tested by oxygen bomb.The calculation result of heat of combustion of sample is very similar to the experimental result.The error was analyzed to be: the experimental result includes the heat of combustion and the heat of liquefaction of generated water; the experimental result is heat of combustion at constant volume, the calculation result is heat of combustion at constant pressure.%介绍以耗氧原理为基础的聚合物燃烧热值的近似计算方法,以典型常见聚合物为例,根据计算方法计算其燃烧热值,并以氧弹量热仪进行实验验证.样品的实测燃烧热值与理论计算值具有较高一致性.分析误差来源:环境恒温式氧弹量热仪测量得到的是物质燃烧的总热值,包含了燃烧生成的水液化所释放的热量;氧弹量热仪测量的是物质的恒容燃烧热,理论计算值为恒压燃烧热.
