高层居民住宅小区消防安全管理

摘要

Lots of fire facility of high-rise building can not be maintained in time in our country, the fire road was occupied, the decorate materials does not fit the requirement, and also the users of building lack of the emergency treatment and evacuation knowledge under fire accident. Introducing the intelligent method into the fire management was put forward, and also enhancing the fire facility to prevent stealing, standardize the parking of car to ensure the free flow of fire road, enhancing the training of fire safety knowledge and emergency reflect.%目前我国许多高层建筑消防设施得不到及时维修维护,消防通道被侵占,装修材料不符合要求,建筑使用人员火灾事故应急处置和疏散逃生知识缺乏.提出引入智能化的手段进行消防安全管理,改良消防设施预防被盗,规范停车位管理,保证消防通道畅通,加强居民消防安全常识培训和应急消防演练等改进措施.
