Evacuation experimental measurement and theoretical calculation was used to determine the conversion coefficient and investigate the occupant amount and variety law of crowd density of weekdays and weekends in large supermarkets in Xuzhou. The results showed that, Staff retention of supermarket on Friday didn't like Tuesday and Thursday that had a significant period of growth, stability and fall of, but a gradually increasing trend, while the weekend showed an apparent normal distribution. Maximum of occupant density of weekdays and weekends in large supermarkets were 0. 199 person/m2 and 0. 328 person/ m2. The conversion coefficient of the supermarket was 0. 284-0. 46 person/m2.%为确定大型超市的人员疏散换算系数,采用疏散观测试验和理论计算的方法调查徐州市某大型超市工作日和双休日的客流量及人员密度的变化规律并计算超市的人员疏散换算系数.研究结果表明,星期二、星期四超市内的人员滞留量有明显的增长期、稳定期和下降期,而星期五呈现逐渐增长的趋势,双休日人员数量呈现明显的正态分布.超市工作日、双休日人员密度的最大值为分别为0.199、0.328人/m2,超市的人员换算系数为0.284～0.469人/m2.
