氮气气氛下烟叶的热解动力学研究

     

摘要

Under nitrogen atmosphere conditions, 5 kinds of tobacco leaves collected in Yunnan have been studied by using thermal analysis systems. It is found that the process of thermal decomposition are similar, and in all cases three weight loss processes took place among which the main loss process appeared between 120 to 350 'C , which weight loss was about 75% compared with total weight loss. The Coasts-Redfern integral method are used to establish a model of two-stage first-order global kinetic in the main process of 5 kinds of tobacco thermal decomposition, and obtained knetie parameters, which the most of correlative linear factors is higher than 0. 97.%采用热分析法,在氮气气氛下对云南产5种烟叶样品的热解过程进行研究,发现各烟叶样品的热解过程相似,大致经历了3个阶段,其中失重主要发生在快速热解阶段(120~350℃),失重率约占总失重率的75%.利用Coats-Redfern积分法建立了5种样品在主要失重阶段的“双组分两阶段”一级反应动力学模型,并计算了热解动力学参数,其线性相关性在0.97以上.
