我国消防产品质量监督管理对策研究

摘要

Situation of fire products quality in China was summa-rized, and the reasons were analyzed. Problems in fire products quality supervision were analyzed in depth, which include im-perfect legal system, incomplete mechanism, inadequately tech-nical measures, difficult to implement the fund, and non-stand-ardized management. In the frame of new fire law, strategies of fire products quality supervision suits socialist market economy were put forward. The importance of conducting inspection on scene, building quality supervision station standardized, promo-ting information construction, and strengthening the follow-up management of fire products quality were emphasized.%总结我国近年来消防产品质量现状并分析其原因.深入剖析消防产品质量监督管理方面存在的问题,包括法制不健全、机制不完善、技术手段不足、经费难落实、管理不够规范等.在现行《消防法》的框架下,提出了适应社会主义市场经济的消防产品监督管理对策.强调全面实施现场检查判定方法,规范质检站建设,积极推进信息化建设,强化消防产品质量的跟踪管理的重要性.
