聚氯乙烯电缆绝缘材料热解机理与动力学参数研究

         

摘要

在空气和氮气气氛下对聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆绝缘材料进行热重分析.样品在两种气氛下分别以5、10、15、20℃/min的升温速率从室温升至800℃.采用FWO等转化率方法计算不同转化率下的活化能,采用多参数非线性回归方法确定反应机理函数及相应的热解动力学参数;采用可靠的动力学参数和反应机理函数预测聚氯乙烯电缆绝缘材料寿命,预测标准为5%和10%质量损失.结果显示:聚氯乙烯电缆绝缘材料的寿命对温度非常敏感,同时易也受到分解气氛等因素的影响.%The thermogravimetric studies on the commercial grade insulation material of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cable were carried out under air and nitrogen atmosphere from ambient temperature to 800'C at heating rates of 5,10,15 and 20 'C/ min. The dependence of the activation energy on the conversion degree was evaluated by using the isoconversional methods (FWO method). The multivariate non-linear regression method was applied to investigate the reaction model and the corresponding kinetic parameters. The reliable kinetics parameters and the reaction models were used to predict the thermal lifetime of the PVC cable insulation material to some temperatures and the end-point criteria were 5% and 10% mass loss. The lifetime of the PVC cable insulation material is very sensitive to temperature and is affected by other factors such as decomposition atmosphere, etc.
