串联系统预防维修周期优化策略研究

         

摘要

General preventive maintenance model for series system, which considers the dynamic changing rules of failure rate, is used to optimize the maintenance cost. The cost function of a maintenance policy was minimized under given reliability constraint, and the recursion relationship of failure rate before and after preventive maintenance was built up concerning with the concept of age reduction factor. Starting from the results obtained for series systems, this approach can be extended to more complex systems.%针对串联系统建立了基于可靠性约束的预防性维修优化模型,该模型充分考虑到预防维修可以提高系统可靠性的同时,其故障率会随着维修次数的增加而上升,引入役龄回退因子对预防维修活动前后系统性能的动态变化进行了描述.通过实例验证了该优化模型的正确性与可用性,对模型作进一步的扩展,还可用于更一般复杂的串并联系统.
