维修保障装备数量需求分析方法

摘要

Adequate maintenance equipments are guarantee of accomplishing equipment support. The method of equipment quantity requirement is qualitative analysis, lack of quantity analysis. The paper determine correlation function between equipment quantity and ability by fuzziness regression and establish linear programming model to optimize equipment quantity. It is possible to obtain more credible results by this method which quantifies fuzziness relationship to some certain degree.%规模适当的维修保障装备体系既能充分发挥维修保障能力,又不会造成装备冗余.目前在分析维修装备数量需求时,都是以定性分析为主,缺乏必要的定量分析.针对维修保障装备与维修能力满足度之间的不确定关系,利用模糊回归分析求得它们之间的相关函数和自相关函数,并建立线性规划模型,以此优化维修保障装备数量.该方法能在一定程度上定量化模糊关系,从而增强装备数量分析的可信度.
