某测试台用高精度数控直流稳压电源的设计

         

摘要

介绍了一种以单片机为核心的智能高精度直流稳压可调电源的设计,该电源采用单片机控制三端稳压源的调节端电压,通过回采该电压形成闭环控制,以达到输出可调和高精度的设计目的.另外电源的工作电压和电流可通过上位机实时监测,上位机对监测电压、电流与设定的工作电压、电流上限值进行比较,一旦超出上限值就切断电源,实现过载保护.%In this paper; an intelligent single-chip microcomputer as the core high-precision adjustable DC power supply design; the power to control the use of single-chip three-terminal regulator source terminal voltage regulation; Recovery through the formation of the closed-loop control voltage to achieve high-precision output adjustable and designed. In addition the work of power supply voltage and current can be real-time monitoring through the PC; PC to monitor the voltage; current and voltage settings; to compare current upper limit; once beyond the upper limit on the cut off the power; to achieve overload protection.
