元器件性能退化信息的系统性能可靠性评估

     

摘要

Performance reliability methods provide an effective way for reliability modeling and analysis of highly reliable, long life, and small sampled products in modern engineering. The majority of existing performance reliability methods are developed for components. Systems are treated as a single component when using these methods. So usually system degradation data are needed, which are sometimes difficult to collect. As a matter of fact, the degradation of components results in the change of the system performance, so it is possible to analyze system performance reliability using degradation data from its components. This paper first formulates the system performance reliability based on the relationship between the performance of the system and its components. Then, two methods, the Monte-Carlo method and an approximate analytical method, for the calculation are presented. The applicability of the proposed method is showed through an example.%性能可靠性方法为解决现代工程实际中的高可靠、长寿命、小子样产品的可靠性建模分析提供了途径.目前的性能可靠性研究主要是针对元器件开展的,对系统性能可靠性进行研究时通常需要将其看作一个元器件,需要得到系统的性能退化数据,在某些情况下,得到系统的性能退化数据比较困难.实际上,由于元器件的性能退化导致系统性能的变化,因而可以利用元器件的性能退化数据研究系统性能可靠性.从元器件性能与系统性能的关系出发,首先给出了系统可靠度的形式化描述,然后给出了系统可靠度计算的Monte-Carlo仿真方法和近似解析方法,最后通过实例分析验证了该方法的适用性.
