Information value of C4ISR network is evaluated quantificationally by constructing colligation evaluation model of information value. Then the quantity of threat can be represented in the model of information value evaluation, based on the attack behavior analysis in battlefield netwar. And the variety of information value in network attacked can weigh the degree of netwar attack threat.
