基于能力模型的决策优势评估研究

摘要

A new approach to evaluate the decision superiority of information system was proposed.The capability model of decision superiority was proposed. A mathematics express of decision knowledge was built and the effects of information value on decision superiority were analyzed, and the index system of information value evaluation was proposed, and a single decision-maker's evaluation model of decision superiority was built. The capability requirements model was transformed into decision network, and the evaluation model of decision superiority of decision network was built and was validated.%提出了一种用于评价信息系统决策优势的新方法.给出了决策优势的能力模型;引入了决策知识的数学描述方法,分析了信息价值对决策优势的影响,给出了信息价值评价指标体系和单个决策者的决策优势能力评估模型.通过将能力需求模型转换为决策网络,并建立相应的评估模型,以评价网络化决策优势的能力.结合应用案例,对该方法进行了验证.
