以作战指挥理论需求为牵引,从复杂网络的角度对联合作战指挥体系问题进行网络抽象,将指挥体系中的指挥机构作为网络的节点,将指挥关系作为网络的边,按照指挥体系历史发展的规律,从简单到复杂,分别构建了传统层级纵长树状型的指挥体系网络模型,在树状模型基础上,增加了横向联系但依然具有层级结构的信息共享改进型的指挥体系网络模型,以及再增加交叉指挥关系的动态灵活交叉型指挥体系模型,利用复杂网络理论的相关测度对这三种模型进行比较分析,从而比较三种指挥体系结构的优劣,并提出具有最佳指挥效能的联合作战指挥体系结构特征.%From the demand of operations command theory, in the Complex Network point of view,abstracted the command entities and the command relations to the vertexes and edges in the joint operations command system. According to the development rules of command system, from the brief to the complex, established three network models. They were the traditional hierarchy command system network model which likeed the trees; the ameliorative model which added the landscape orientation relation but still had the hierarchy structure and shared the information ;the dynamic cross model which added the cross command relationship. Then compared and analyzed the measure of the three models. Finally, found the best joint operations command system structure.
