In the detection area of radar, sea clutter is the major factor impacting on the radar detection performance. Sea clutters received by High resolution radar also present the clear performance of non-linearity and non-stationarity, Because of this WT has been used for many years but can not avoid the localization of window function. Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT), a new adaptive signal processing technique, is easy to use and avoids the localization of W. Heisenberg uncertainty theory. HHT has a clear physical meaning and seems to have potential to become a perfect tool in processing non-linearity and non-stationarity signals. Both HHT and WT are used in sea clutter performance analysis and then the analysis results are Compared. The comparison results have shown that, HHT has a better time-frequency collection.%在雷达探测区域内,海杂波是影响雷达探测性能的主要因素.对于高分辨雷达而言,海杂波具有明显的非线性、非平稳性,针对这一特性,小波变换被广泛应用,但不可避免地具有窗函数的局限性.希尔伯特-黄变换作为一种新兴的自适应信号处理方法,应用简便,妥善避免了W.Heisenberg不确定性原理的限制,对于处理非线性,非平稳信号有着清晰的物理意义与应用前景.把上述两种方法应用于海杂波特性分析,比较两者的优缺点.结果表明,希尔伯特-黄变换具有更好的时频聚集性.
