装备维修排队策略

     

摘要

当维修资源有限时,受损装备不能及时得到维修而需要排队等待.在技术条件一定时,如何缩短排队等待时间是缩短修复时间的关键因素.通过分析不同排队策略,得出了单纯排队策略不能很好解决装备维修排队等待问题的结论.根据装备维修特点,结合排队相关理论提出了基于目标的混合排队方法,构建了装备维修混合排队模型.运用该模型在实现维修目标同时,可以有效缩短维修排队平均等待时间,对于优化装备维修系统资源配置,提高装备使用效能具有一定参考价值.%When the resource of maintenance is limited the damaged equipment have to queue while there are many waiting to be repaired. How to reduce waiting time in a given condition is the key to reduce repairing time. The Study points out that only queuing strategy can' t solve waiting time properly. According to the character of equipment maintenance and queuing strategy, a mixed queuing method based on objective is put forward. This method can realize maintenance objective as well as reduce waiting time to a certain degree. It can be helpful to solve the problem of allocation of maintenance resource and improve equipment efficiency.
