The detectability of this two nonparametric detectors to fluctuating radar echo signals is analyzed and campared in K distributed sea clutter. These two modified rank detectors are achieved by designing the inverse-normal-score function of the rank statistics and they are CFAR (Constant False Alarm Rate) in the data with continuous CDF (Cumulative Distribution Function) and PDF (Probability Density Function) symmetric about zero.
