In allusion to the lack of the diagram of the traditional papery circuit, a diagram of intelligent electronic circuit has been researched by Flash. The main train of thought, developmental step, functional design and realization, and film export on development of the diagram of intelligent electronic circuit are illustrated. At last, the paper introduces the main compositive part and the interface of the software on the diagram of fighter plan armament intelligent electronic circuit.
