网络中心战信息系统效能评估指标体系

摘要

网络中心战近年来受到各国重视，得到较大发展。针对其特点建立了基于三维视角的指标体系，从技术、系统和作战的角度对系统效能指标建模，并提出了三维互动采掘的指标分析方法。最后对信息系统指标进行了逐一分解，给出了指标合成和系统效能评估的计算方法。%Network-Centric Warfare (NCW)has attracted more and more attention recently,and is developing rapidly. With the analysis of its characteristic,constructed a new Evaluation Index Architecture (EIA) base on 3D view (technology,system,operation),proposed a method base on 3D interactive excavation for the analysis of EIA. Finally,decomposed the index of information system of NCW,presented the method for index synthesis and system effectiveness evaluation.
