考虑到光电综合搜索平台中驱动子系统和控制子系统对机械系统结构性能的要求,光电综合搜索平台关重件满足材料屈服强度和变形刚度要求,并有效平衡高固有振动频率和低质量之间的关系。因此,应用有限元仿真软件,着重分析光电综合搜索平台中以U型架为代表的一系列关重件的静强度、刚度和动态频率特性,并校验所设计结果满足系统整体精度和频率性能要求。%Considering requirements of structural behavior of mechanical system in the drive subsystem and control subsystem of the integrated electro-optical search platform,key and important elements in the search platform should meet requirements of yield strength and deformation rigidity and strike a balance between inherent high vibration frequency and low mass effectively. Using finite element simulation software,static strength,rigidity and dynamic frequency characteristics of U rack,representing a family of key and important elements in the search platform,are analyzed in the paper and overall accuracy and frequency performance verified can meet requirements of the system.
