MADM组合赋权的防空重点保卫目标优选与排序

摘要

针对防空重点保卫目标优选问题不确定多属性决策的特点，提出一种基于MADM组合赋权的目标优选与排序方法。构建了防空重点保卫目标评价指标体系，给出了指标权重不相容情况下如何寻找并剔除疵点权重的方法。在此基础上，建立了一种基于区间估计解决保卫目标优选问题的数学模型。最后通过实例分析验证，该方法排序结果准确，能有效减小误差，对指挥员科学决策具有一定的参考价值。%Aiming at the uncertain MADM characters of selecting important defending targets in defense zone,a method of selecting and sequencing targets based on combination weighting for MADM is presented. The index system of selecting important defending targets is built. The method to find and get rid of defect weight when the weights under combination are not consistent is offered. On this basis,a mathematical model to solve the problem of selecting important defending targets is established. Finally,via an example,the result of this method is correct and can decrease the evaluation error efficiently. The method proposed by this paper is valuable for the commander’s decision making.
