Based on the request for the reliability design of electric shoot primer automatic filling device,solid models of the new and old firing pin in electric shoot primer automatic filling device are established by using Solidworks software and simulation analysis of the proceeding of firing is carried out by using ALGOR software. Through the comparative analysis on equivalent stress nephogram at different time points in the proceeding of firing using new and old firing pin,it showed that the new firing pin in improved scheme can meet the requirement for electromechanical dual-purpose shoot device.%基于电击发底火自动装填装置可靠性设计的要求,通过Solidworks软件建立电击发底火自动装填装置中新、老击针实体模型,借助ALGOR软件分别对新、老击针的击发过程进行了仿真分析。通过不同时间点新、老击针的等效应力云图进行对比分析,结果表明改进方案后的新击针能满足机、电两用电击发装置的要求。
