作战过程的电子对抗能力评估标准构建方法

摘要

Electronic countermeasures ability assessment is an important task in military field,the comprehensive evaluation method such as AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) mainly aggregates the ability indexes,it is difficult to analyze the electronic countermeasure ability of combat troops completely,the result of comprehensive evaluation couldn’t directly reflect the electronic countermeasure combat effect and analysis quality links in the process of operation. This article constructs assessment reference frame based on fight rivals,and puts forward electronic countermeasures ability assessment criteria establishment method based on the process,the electronic countermeasure ability of each operational phase is judged by the established evaluation standards. Through the analysis of the electronic air defense combat process,this method can establish criteria that can be used to critically judge the ability of electronic air defense combat,and it can be directly used in operational process and link analysis,and to solve the lack of comprehensive evaluation method. This method has been applied in the training.%电子对抗能力评估在军事领域是一个重要课题，层次分析法等综合评估方法主要从能力指标聚合难以全面剖析作战部队的电子对抗能力，评估结果更难以直接反映电子对抗作战效果和分析检验作战过程中优劣环节。构建基于作战对手的评估参照系，并提出基于作战过程的电子对抗能力评估标准建立方法，以此建立的评估标准衡量评判各作战阶段的电子对抗能力。通过对电子防空作战过程的分析，该方法能够建立准确评判电子防空作战电子对抗能力的标准，可直接用于作战过程优劣环节的分析检验，解决了综合评估方法的不足。此方法已在训练中得到应用。
