装备保障能力信息化建设薄弱因素捕获方法

摘要

The evaluation indexes system of informatization support capability suitable to the equipment features of our army is established,the indexes weight from the objective & subjective method is obtained,and the evaluation model of the informatization support capability applied with the extension optimal theory is built,based on the major factors analysis to the support capability informatization. Ameliorated the important weak factor of the equipment support capability informatization construction is capturaed and ameliorated,and then evaluated again,the support capability of evaluated unit receives a remarkable upgrade. Practice indicates that the method adopted is available to improve support capability under informatization construction.%分析了影响装备保障能力信息化建设的主要因素，构建了适合我军装备保障特点的保障能力信息化建设评估指标体系，综合主客观法确定指标权重，建立了基于可拓优度理论的保障能力信息化建设评估模型，进一步研究了装备保障能力信息化建设中薄弱因素的捕获方法，并对装备保障能力信息化建设水平进行了评估改进。评估实例证明，所采用的研究方法能够有效地提高装备保障能力信息化建设水平。
