定时截尾的舰炮火控系统可靠性鉴定试验方法

可靠性是舰炮火控系统一项非常重要的指标，舰炮火控系统的可靠性鉴定试验是统计性试验。针对其可靠性试验的特点，提出了基于定时截尾的可靠性鉴定试验方法，明确了可靠性鉴定试验的基本概念和故障处理原则。详细论述了舰炮火控系统可靠性鉴定试验原理。对该方法从原理模型、选择依据、检验参数、置信度及置信区间计算等方面做了深入全面的分析。最后给出了基于此方法的舰炮火控系统可靠性鉴定试验的实际应用。%Reliability is very important indicators of shipborne gun fire control system,reliability test for qualification of shipborne gun fire control system is a statistical test. According to the feature of reliability test ,the method for reliability test for qualification based on Type-I is proposed. The basic concepts of reliability test for qualification and the rules of failure processing are cleared. The principles of reliability test for qualification of shipborne gun fire control system are discussed in detail. The method is analyzed thoroughly from aspects of theory models,selection criteria,test parameters,degree of confidence and confidence interval calculation. Finally,a practical application of reliability test for qualification of shipborne gun fire control system is provided.
