面向健康管理的维修方案确定方法

         

摘要

The equipment maintenance tasks alignment determined by equipment health management system is defective. Firstly,the foundations of maintenance tasks determination were analyzed. Then,The determination flow of maintenance tasks alignment was put forward. On the basis, the basic hypotheses of maintenance project determination model based on Vague value and TOPSIS were proposed. The process of decision making was simulated in Vague set,and the Vague value was introduced to describe decision assessment index. The maintenance task priority was calculated in TOPSIS method. Finally,the accuracy and the feasibility of the method were verified with an example of multiple maintenance tasks sequence.%针对健康管理系统在多装备维修方案确定中存在的不足,提出了面向健康管理的多装备维修方案确定流程,分析了面向健康管理的维修方案确定依据。在此基础上,提出了基于Vague集和TOPSIS的维修方案确定模型的基本假设,借助Vague集来模拟专家的经验及决策过程,以Vague值描述决策评价指标,借助TOPSIS确定维修任务优先权。最后,以案例对该方法进行了演算,验证了该方法在实现多装备维修任务下维修方案确定的正确性和可行性。
