基于相似性的装备部件剩余寿命预测研究

摘要

Similarity-based remaining life prediction is a new remaining life prediction method. In this article the basic idea of the method is introduced in the first part,and then the analysis of the using flow is made. The similarity function is built based on Euclidean function,and similarity as independent variable to construct the weight distribution function is taken,using weighted ideology established residual life assessment formula. At last,the effectiveness of this method is verified by an example.%基于相似性的剩余寿命预测方法是一种新兴的部件剩余寿命预测方法。首先介绍了基于相似性的剩余寿命预测方法的基本思想，然后对采用此方法的流程进行了分析。根据欧几里得距离函数构建了相似度函数，然后以相似度为自变量确定了权重分配函数，并利用加权思想确立了剩余寿命预测模型。通过实例分析，验证了该方法的有效性。
