针对某型机载吊舱故障频发,可靠性低以及传统可靠性试验周期长、费用高的问题,采用了可靠性强化试验对某型机载吊舱关键模块进行试验研究。阐述了可靠性强化试验的技术、方法和试验过程,给出了强化试验的应力剖面和试验结果。通过强化试验,迅速激发了产品的潜在故障,通过对测试结果初步分析得出了故障原因,为后续改进提供依据,提高了产品的可靠性,并且缩短了试验时间,减少了试验费用,验证了可靠性强化试验的有效性。%For the airborne pod’s frequent failures and low reliability,high cost and long cycle of the traditional reliability test,critical components of an airborne pod are tested and studied by adopting the reliability enhancement testing (RET). Technique,methods and procedures of the RET have been described,meanwhile,the stress profiles and results of test are given. Several potential failure modes of the product are rapidly excited by the test. The failure cause is approximately attained through analysis of the test outcome,which provides basis for subsequent improvement,provides the reliability of products,shortens the time of test,and reduces the expense of test. Above all,the availability of the RET is validated.
