基于改进证据理论的齿轮技术状态评估方法

摘要

作为装备的关重件,齿轮的技术状态评估是装备实施状态维修和维修决策的重要依据.综合考虑多种表征齿轮技术状态的定性、定量指标,应用检测技术获取了齿轮技术状态参量,构建了齿轮的技术状态评估体系.提出了一种改进的证据理论状态评估方法,对技术状态参量进行了融合处理,获得了齿轮技术状态的评估结果.通过实例验证了该方法的适用性和有效性.%As the key part of the equipment,evaluation of the technical condition assessment of the gear is the key to implement state maintenance and maintenance decisions of the equipment . This paper considers a variety of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the gear. Use the detecting techniques to gain the state parameter of the gear,establish a state evaluation system of the gear based on improved evidence theory,put forward an improved method fusion processing the state parameter,get the result of the technical condition assessment to the gear. The applicability and correctness of the improved method are validated by example.
