航空产品外场使用可靠性评估方法

摘要

Aiming at the field data feature of aviation product, field missing data processing method is derived based on random data simulation. From the aspects of statistics running-ratio, geography & climate and flight load,equipment running-ratio determination model of multi-aspects influence degree is built. According to the technical state of aviation product after repair,field usage reliability assessment methods of total repair product and basic repair product are put forward. The accuracy and rationality of the presented model is verified by an example.%针对航空产品外场数据特征,提出了一种随机数值模拟的外场故障信息缺失处理方法;从统计运行比、地理气候环境和飞行载荷等方面,建立了考虑多因素影响程度的设备运行比确定模型;根据航空产品修后技术状态,分别提出了完全修复件和基本修复件的外场使用可靠性评估方法,结合实例分析验证了所建模型的正确性和合理性.
