基于STM32的引信多用途起爆电路设计

         

摘要

In order to improve munition's high efficiency killing ability,a set of fuse initiating circuit with initiating function of proximity,contact and delay is designed. By adopting the method of resistance-capacitance filter network and error-proofing design,the circuit has high security and good resistance to electromagnetic interference. Compared with the analog circuit control,the circuit has the function of digital control,and has the advantages of easy communication with the host computer, flexible control mode and so on. The experimental results show that the initiating circuit can initiate Ni-Cr electric cap reliably.%为了提高弹药的毁伤效率,设计了一种集近炸、触发、延时等多种功能起爆于一体的引信起爆控制电路,通过采用阻容滤波网络、防差错设计等手段,使多用途起爆控制电路具有高安全性和较高的抗电磁干扰性;相对于传统的模拟电路控制方式,多用途起爆控制电路具备数字控制功能,具备与上位机通讯方便、控制方式灵活等特点;起爆控制实验结果表明该起爆电路能够可靠起爆镍铬桥微起爆器,且具有较高的起爆安全性.
