美军导弹防御指挥控制系统建模与分析

     

摘要

指挥控制系统是决定导弹防御作战效能的核心环节.以统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)为工具对美军导弹防御的指挥控制系统开展建模与分析.探讨了指挥、控制、战场管理与通信(Command,Control,Battle Management and Communication,C2BMC)系统的建设思路,分析了C2BMC的主要职能,梳理了C2BMC支持下美军弹道导弹防御体系的典型作战流程.结合我国的实际情况,对我导弹防御力量的建设提出了对策建议.%Command and control system plays a significant role in the missile defense process.In this paper,the US missile defense command and control system is modeled and analyzed by employing the tool of Unified Modeling Language (UML).The development scheme of command,control,battle management and communication (C2BMC) system is discussed,the primary responsibility of C2BMC is analyzed and the typical operation flow of C2BMC-based ballistic missile defense system is presented.In conclusion,some suggestions are proposed for the purpose of supporting the development of our own missile defense system.
