基于模糊PID算法的泵控马达系统恒转速控制

     

摘要

The critical problem of driving force generation technology is to realize constant output speed of variation speed pump-controlled motor system.The fuzzy PID control algorithm that weighting coefficient is simple function is proposed according to the feature of nonlinear output speed wave of pump-controlled motor system for realizing its constant speed control.The analytical expression of fuzzy PID controller is deduced by analyzing its analytical structure.The fuzzy PID controller is designed based on FPGA and the pump-controlled motor system experiment table is set up.The wave of output speed of constant displacement motor is simulated and the law of the wave of output speed of constant displacement motor is concluded.Experiment demonstrate the largest speed wave of constant displacement motor is 60 r/min,the overshoot is less than 3.5 % and the largest response time is 1.8 s with input speed varying and load mutation.These indexes satisfy the Ⅲ tape of state power generation requirement.%行车取力发电技术的核心问题是实现变转速泵控马达系统输出转速恒定.由于泵控马达系统输出转速存在线性波动现象,为实现其恒转速控制,提出一种权重系数是简单函数的模糊PID控制算法.通过分析含权重系数的模糊PID控制器解析结构,推导出其解析表达式.利用FPGA设计该控制器,并搭建泵控马达调速系统实验平台.对系统输出转速波动进行仿真分析,归纳出系统输出转速波动规律.实验表明在输入转速时变和系统负载突变情况下,系统输出转速波动量最大为80 r/min,超调量小于3.5%,调节时间最大为2s,达到了国家Ⅲ类发电要求.
