利用溶解度参数分析单兵云爆弹失效原因

简述了单兵云爆弹在储存过程中出现的问题.通过分析,找出该弹最主要的失效环节为硝酸异丙酯的挥发泄露.介绍了溶胀原理与溶解度参数相近原则,利用Small算法与Fedors算法计算硝酸异丙酯与密封硅橡胶的溶解度参数,证明硝酸异丙酯会与密封硅橡胶发生溶胀,找出了单兵云爆弹的失效原因.%A brief overview of Individual FAE in the process of storage problems is provided. The most important part of failure is the volatile leak of isopropyl nitrate by analyzing. The principle of swelling and similar solubility parameters are introduced. Calculation of solubility parameters of silicon rubber seal and isopropyl nitrate by using Small algorithm and Fedors algorithm ensure the isopropyl nitrate with silicone rubber seal swelling.The failure cause of the ammunition is found.
